As the darkest day of the year has past and we see a return to the light, the French Girl studio is buzzing with excitement over our new Online Boutique! There have been our good share of candle-burning late night hours as the final touches are made, but we are so very thrilled to share this venture with you! We look forward to discussing our new luxuriously organic body care line and all that went into it. Our studio tables are lined with sparkling jars of organic smoky-green olive oil from the Napa Valley infused with Calendula petals, Rose blossoms from Bulgaria, and Italian Helichrysum flower tops, all quietly waiting to be stirred into our new potions. We are feeling quite blessed by the abundance in our lives even in this time of tightened budgets and job layoffs--our family continues to believe that the coming year holds promise for us all.

After almost a year of waiting and anticipating, planning and dreaming, French Girl Luxuriously Organic™ is about to become a reality! Many of you know me as the author of the knitting book, French Girl Knits or from the tours we lead in the South of France. However you arrived, welcome you to this blog--which I hope to use as my inspiration journal for all things French Girl. I am still recovering from a hand injury that almost derailed my next book: French Girl Knits: Accessories (still in the works, thankfully). In the meantime, I continue to heal up and am putting the finishing touches on a project that is near and dear to me--a line of organic body care products beautifully scented with organic essential oils. So good to have you drop by and I'd love to hear from you!
